‘I could see a

seemed like a

so I marched

Craig and josh
chic theme, as we could make and design a lot of what we
wanted easily by ourselves – a true reflection of our
personalities and who we are as a couple.
When 6 september arrived, it was a gorgeous day. Craig
was to wear his best ‘mess and dress’ navy uniform and bow
tie, and i was wearing a simple vintage blue-black suit with a
classic red bow tie, which matched the flowers and the three
bridesmaids’ dresses.
We had a vintage cream bus as transport for us and all of
our guests. Craig had also hired a saxophone player to play
on the bus to entertain the guests during the journey to the
ceremony.
The bus took Craig and all of the guests first, then my
mother and me, as my mother was going to be walking me
down the aisle. she gave me away to Craig to the

Twilight
song,

The whole place was in floods of tears, including me! We

sniffles. We had a short and sweet 30-minute ceremony, and
exited with the song

from the
animated film
Frozen
, which got a lot of laughs and smiles
from the guests.
The bus drove us round the scenic hoe and through the
picturesque streets of Plymouth, with everybody we
encountered on the pavements waving at us, and all of us on
the bus waving back – we all felt like celebrities!
We finally arrived at the hMs drake main gate navy
base, and pulled up outside the beautiful ballroom where
we were to have our reception. The sun was beating down,
the guests were welcomed with glasses of champagne, and
Craig and i were grinning from ear to ear with happiness, as
everything we had dreamed of and tried to create came
together so beautifully.
inside, guests were greeted by a trio of classical
musicians, playing a mixture of current and classical music.
When we entered the ballroom and were introduced by our
new name, cheers and claps greeted us. The whole theme

chairs and hessian table runners, with rustic glass bottles and
vintage favours on them. huge ivory balloons floated 20 feet
