Garden Museum
This historic venue, located on the Southbank next to
Lambeth Palace and opposite the Houses of Parliament, offers
a unique space for bespoke events.
Dating back to 1062 the Museum is quickly becoming the country’s leading venue for exhibitions
and debate on gardens and garden design. In 2008 the interior was transformed by the intervention
of contemporary gallery spaces which has created a unique space for wedding receptions and grand
events. In addition to the medieval church space, the Museum has a beautiful seventeenth century
style knot garden, perfect for drinks receptions, barbecues and live music.
This versatile venue is available for receptions all through the week, from 5pm on weekdays and
4pm at weekends and has a late licence until 1am. The Museum can comfortably seat 120 guests for
dinner or 200 for a standing reception.
