SERVICE MANAGER
We have a rare opportunity for an exceptional individual to join us as a
Service Manager in our Engagement Team
. Playing a key role in Bristol’s
Recovery Orientated Alcohol & Drugs Service, your team provides vital
accessible, non-judgemental services supporting people in reducing harm,
engaging with treatment and moving towards recovery.
As an experienced manager you will inspire and support staff to achieve the
best possible outcomes for service users, to continually improve performance
and nurture our partnerships. You will combine substantial experience of
working with people with drug and alcohol problems with a track record of
successfully leading and managing teams.
