you document your wedding in a way that’s every bit as original as you are...

If you want something a little bit more modern
than those traditionally posed photographs
you’ve seen time and again,
Habgood Images
offers a photojournalistic style that could be just
what you’re looking for. Habgood Images was
founded by Australian documentary photo-
grapher Mick Habgood, whose photojournalistic
style has been heavily influenced by the street and
war photographers of the 1940s onwards.
Realising his passion and talent on a long
backpacking journey through South America as a
young man, he aims to bring composition and
storytelling to moments which cannot be repeated. As a result,
his photography gives an artistic and cinematic impression of
every wedding day he shoots. Rather than rehearse each shot,
his photographs capture natural and spontaneous reactions,
thanks to his ability to shoot in low light without flash;
consequently, he blends into the background without
interrupting the natural course of the day.
‘I will not be there to direct you through these moments,’
says the photographer of his shooting style, ‘but I will
artfully observe and document them as they occur.’ Looking
through his lens with the same sense of adventure he
experienced in his backpacking days, Mike will snap those
special, intimate moments without instruction or intrusion,
but will always be close enough to capture the memories
that you will want to cherish for a lifetime.

Be Hollywood stars for the day and let
CineMate
capture your wedding on video.
Putting together fun, emotional and unique
HD wedding films for couples, Simon and
Gregg – the creatives behind CineMate – aim
to take the standard of wedding videography
to dizzying new heights with their passion and
eye for style.
On the day itself, they will film all of those
important little scenes of love and laughter so
that the footage will be personal to you as a
couple. Afterwards, you will be given a trailer
as a small taste of your film – perfect to share
online with family and friends, especially those who
weren’t able to make it. You will then receive a stylish
retelling of your wedding set to specially selected music,
as well as a more documentary style film which will allow
you to relive your wedding day – even when you’re
celebrating your gold wedding anniversary!
The two offer a ‘no strings attached’ meeting to get to
know them and discuss your ideas before you have to
commit – and although they are based in Glasgow city
centre, they are happy to accept bookings from the world
over. They want to know your ideas and desires, so that
they can tailor your film around your style as a couple and
the themes of the day. Offering several packages with a
variety of coverage for all sorts of budgets, CineMate will
leave you with your very own motion picture masterpiece.
