Hidden beneath Thrybergh’s old stone walls and overhanging trees lies
the beautiful Gothic mansion that is
Rotherham Golf Club
. Dating back
to 1814, it officially became a Golf Club in 1903, offering beautiful
timbered parkland and 18-hole golf course surrounding the house.
There are a number of function rooms available for hire, each as
gorgeous as

recently
refurbished
‘19th hole’ is
the main bar.
Spacious, and
with updated
décor, it still
remains in
keeping with
the 19th
century building and boasts

The Jack Hulley Lounge is the main function room – the suite can be
