with the Primo Big APPle…
35ml Skyy vodka • 10ml apple liqueur •
10ml Chambord liqueur • 10ml apple juice •
2 lime wedges • 10ml gomme
Add all the ingredients in a Boston glass
except Chambord; add ice cubes and shake
it. Double strain the cocktail into a frosted
martni glass. Use a straw to suck the
Chambord from the botle and release it
from the straw at the botom of the cocktail.
Garnish with 5 thin slices of red apple.

with A trAditioNAl loNdoN
clAssic to mAke A 24 PAssioN…
35ml Beefeater 24 • 10ml passion fruit juice
• 10ml apple juice • 4 sprigs mint • 20ml
peach puree • 2/3 passion fruit •
5ml passion fruit syrup• 2 lime wedges
Squeeze the mint in your palm and put it in
the Boston glass. Squeeze the lime wedges.
Add all the remaining ingredients and ice
cubes and shake it. Double strain the cocktail
into a frosted martni glass and garnish.

40ml vodka citron • 15ml Cointreau • 15ml
fresh lime juice • 30ml cranberry juice
Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with
ice, shake it well, then pour it into a martni
glass. Garnish the glass with a lime rind.

2 slices ginger • handful of green grapes •
15ml lime juice • 40ml havana 3Yo •
10ml gomme
Muddle the ginger and grapes, then add rum,
lime juice, gomme and ice cubes. Shake it and
double strain into a frosted martni glass.

5ml Maraschino luxardo • 35ml ketel one
Citron • 30ml Midori
Muddle the ginger and grapes, then add rum,
lime juice, gomme and ice cubes. Shake it.
