playing, I told Kerry I’d accidently lef the label in
her t-shirt. as she looked down to remove it, I got
the ring out of my bag. She unfurled the label, read
it and looked up to see me proposing. afer a couple

But being a family girl, I
pushed for Wales where I’m from – and Kerry, being
the gracious person she is, relented! Taking a trip to
Wales, we picked up a list of registered venues from
the county registry office. Carreglywd manor House
was one of our stops and we instantly fell in love
with the licensed stable block. It was a blank canvas
inside and we knew it would allow us to put our
stamp on the day – something that was paramount
in our planning.
There was no specific theme to our wedding, but

every element got our atenton. There was a
recurring motf of a key – I have a tatoo of a locked
heart and Kerry, of course, holds the key! We had a

frame. you don’t see many of those in La Generica
Bridal Boutque, so I called on Future Couture’s
mother and daughter custom couture team in
norwich. I went with a storyboard of images and my
hand held by my best friend and bridesmaid, Lou;
vintage lace, full net skirts, sweetheart necklines, and
from the medley in front of them, those clever ladies
were able to create a beautful, sweet litle dress.
With no idea what to do with my hair, my
eagle-eyed mum spoted a dainty vintage tara in a
retro shop, which sorted the problem. as for make-
up, a litle meltdown in House of Fraser prompted
my fabulous mum to book a Bobby Brown bridal
