FASHION, INSPIRATION, IDEAS
Well, autumn is finally upon us and the
wonderful thing about this time of year is
being able to layer – jeans, boots, t-shirts and
jumpers, winter jackets, hats, snoods and all
kinds of colourful scarves.
We also have those wonderful autumnal
colours – browns, deep reds, aubergine, purple
and greens – really safe colours for any type of
skin tone or hair colour.
You can’t go wrong with dark colours if
you feel you are a bit overweight as they cover
a multitude of sins! BUT, this doesn’t mean
wear it baggy. This only makes you look bigger
than you actually are.
While you keep your eyes peeled for your
perfect wedding outfit, here are my hot tips
for the autumn to take you through those vital
planning stages.
Layer up as the Leaves drop
For her
Invest in a great pair of dark blue jeans that fit comfortably
on your legs, tucked into a great pair of heeled brown boots,
with a beautiful brown chunky belt.
Team them with a classic white shirt, worn under a
brown v-neck cashmere jumper, and a double-breasted
fitted jacket, preferably blue, that sits on your waistline.
Finish off your look with a simple pashmina to throw
casually over your shoulders once you’ve taken your
jacket off.
For him
Well guys, you really are difficult to please – and trust me I
know, as I have spent many years in changing rooms trying
my best to please you!
You really can look very handsome in a smart casual look,
with a really great pair of loafer shoes, fitted jeans, a polo t-
shirt and a casual jacket or blazer to finish off.
There is nothing more handsome on a guy than this look
and it’ll have everyone’s heads turning on the streets as you
walk past… well I would anyway!
